$500 package includes parking spots for 4 cars, a Commemorative Bottle of dry red wine, Eclipse glasses and the use of a picnic table. (Maximum of 10 people per package)
$35 per person, includes parking space. Minimum of 2 people. Bring yourown lawn chairs, or share picnic table with others. Includes Eclipse glasses, wine glasses and 1 bottle of standard wine. Limited number of spots available.
Arrive to set up as early as 9:00 AM on Monday.

Enjoy a steak dinner cooked to order for $40+tax per person RSVP only (wine extra). Adult dinner includes a choice of either 1-inch thick cut T-Bone or Porterhouse steak cooked to order or new this year - cook your own! Dinner also includes potato, vegetable, roll and butter, dessert and choice of coffee or tea. Cost of wine is extra. Catering will be by Tom's Country Place, Avon, Ohio. No walk-ins can be served food, but you can come just for the music and the wine without making a reservation.
Live Entertainment from 7:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Bring a lawn chair and enjoy an evening entertainment from Jim Schafer and Friends: Acoustic music from Northeast Ohio - Contemporary, Traditional, Original - Americana, Roots, Bluegrass, Traditional Country and Blues. Across Ohio, you can learn about and appreciate the agriculture, science, craft and history of Ohio’s grape growers, wine makers and winery owners as they celebrate their heritages and contributions to their communities on June 10. National Drink Ohio Wines Day acknowledges the history of the industry, celebrates the present and looks toward the future of Ohio wines.

From 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm outdoors, weather permitting. Wine, water, and snacks will be available to purchase throughout the evening.
The winners of each game will receive a wonderful gift donated by one of the vendors in attendance as their prize! To play: make a $20 donation for your first 12 game cards from the non-profit of your choice; additional cards are available for $2 each. No pre-sales will be available.
Game cards can be purchased the night of the event from the non-profit of your choice.
On June 22: the non-profit choices are Avon Garden Club, Avon Lake City Schools Foundation, and Love-A-Stray: Dog Division.
On July 20: the non-profit choices are TBA, TBA, and TBA.
On August 17: the non-profit choices are TBA, TBA, and TBA.
In addition to a fun-filled night of friends and wine, you get to shop before and after the games! Each vendor will have a table set up and filled with their merchandise available for sale.
