Custom Labels for Weddings and Anniversaries

These custom labeled wines fill a variety of purposes at a wedding or anniversary party. As centerpieces, souvenirs, and to toast with, they will add that certain something to the memories of your special day.

The three designs pictured here are available in the colors shown only. Any of five wines can be used, and orders over 20 bottles will qualify for the bulk rate fee. The area available for your imprint is limited to 1 x 2 inches.

How to Order Custom Labeled Wines and Champagne

Custom Labeled wines and champagne orders must be received here at least two weeks in advance for customer pick-up and three weeks for orders to be shipped. We can ship in Ohio only and an adult at least 21 years old must be available to receive the shipment.

Custom labeling costs $2.50 per label with a minumum order of two labels with the same message on two of the same wines. Orders in excess of 20 bottles will be eligable for the bulk rate fee of $50.00. This is in addition to the cost of the wine or champagne.
Custom labels are available for Weddings & Anniversaries, Holidays, Champagne Toasts or Any Occasion.

All three of our Champagnes are available to be custom labeled, and wines available for custom labeling include White Riesling, Vidal Blanc, Country Blush, Golden Chablis and Vin Rose.

To order, you must download the "custom label order form" pdf file, then fill it out including a Visa, MC, or American Express card number and return it to us as an attachment to our e-mail, or print the file, fill it out and send it with a check or credit card account through the U.S. Postal Service or fax it to us at (440) 933-7896. Shipping information is available by downloading the "UPS Shipping Form" pdf file.

All custom Labeled wines must include the back label for the "Government Warning" We Reserve the right to reject custom messages which we feel are in poor taste.
